Information we collect automatically
When you browse our website, our hosting and security systems may automatically record limited technical information, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. This helps us keep the site secure and working properly.
We do not ask for or store sensitive documents (such as national identity cards, Kenya Revenue Authority PIN certificates or bank statements) through this website. If financing requires such documents, they are handled directly by our financing partners under their own privacy terms.
3. How and why we use your information

- Provide after-sales support, warranty and driver training information
- Improve our website, trucks and services

- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations
Our legal basis for using your data. Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent; the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you; our legitimate business interests (such as responding to enquiries and improving our services); and compliance with a legal obligation. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see ‘Your rights’ below).
4. When we share your information
We treat your information as confidential and we do not sell your personal data. We may share it only in these situations:
- Financing partners — where you ask us to help arrange financing, we share the details needed with our partner banks and financial institutions. We do this only with your consent, and each bank then uses your information under its own privacy policy.
- Assembly and logistics partners — to prepare, body-build or deliver a truck you are buying, we may share the details needed with our assembly, body-building and transport partners.
- Service providers — trusted companies that help us run our website and business, such as our web hosting, email and online form providers. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

5. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (for example website hosting or email) may store or process data on servers located outside Kenya. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information remains protected to a standard consistent with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. For example, we keep enquiry details for a reasonable period so we can follow up and support your purchase. When we no longer need your information, we securely delete or anonymise it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
7. Your rights under the Data Protection Act
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how we use your personal data
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Ask us to delete your personal data (the ‘right to be forgotten’)
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data
- Ask us to transfer your data to another provider, where this applies
- Withdraw your consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within the timelines set by law. Using these rights is free, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
8. Cookies and website analytics
Our website uses a small number of essential cookies and similar technologies that are needed for the site to work — for example to keep pages loading quickly (caching) and to let our enquiry form function. These do not identify you personally.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel) on this website. If we add any in future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first.
You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, but some parts of the site may not work as well as a result.
9. How we protect your information
We take the security of your information seriously. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect it, including secure encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) on our website, restricted access to personal data, and safe handling of the information you submit. However, no method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
