As a dealer, we connect you with trucks, financing and services — the final sale, financing agreement or service is provided under a separate agreement, as explained below.

A sale becomes binding only when both you and Patison sign a separate written sale agreement that sets out the specific truck, price and terms.

7. Financing facilitation

We can help you apply for asset financing through third-party partner banks and financial institutions. Please note:

• Patison is not a bank or a lender and does not make credit decisions.
• Financing approval, interest rates and terms are decided solely by the financing provider, based on their own assessment.
• Applications are usually subject to checks, which may include a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) check carried out by the financing provider.
• Any figures we share about deposits or monthly payments are estimates only and are not a guarantee of approval or of any particular rate.

8. Intellectual property
